A "roster change" occurs after the quote approval when any player or coach is moved from one team to another, dropped from a team, or when a new player or coach is added to a team.
A "late add" is any player or coach added to any team after the initial jersey order has been placed.
A "dropped player" occurs when any player or coach is removed from a team, but not assigned to another.
Our post-production period extends from opening day to the following Friday, assuming the opening day falls on a weekend. We encourage leagues to get all their final late adds, reprints or other changes submitted before the post-production period ends! Fulfillment of orders submitted after the post-production period are subject to our discretion.
Yes, but we recommend ours because of it's error-proofing capabilites. We strongly encourage using our proprietary document for this, but if a league insists on using their own spreadsheets (Excel docs, Google docs, etc.), we absolutely require standardized naming conventions:
YXS—Youth Extra Small
YS—Youth Small
YM—Youth Medium
YL—Youth Large
YXL—Youth Extra Large
AS—Adult Small
AM—Adult Medium
AL—Adult Large

Yes, any late adds or roster changes that require a new jersey will be billed to your league at the same rate.
We generally do not reimburse leagues for jerseys and/or printing expenses that result from roster changes. In the event of a roster change or dropped player, we will attempt to use the player's jersey for other late adds or roster changes.
Yes, jerseys ordered after production begins are subject to shipping fees. Late add charges will accrue on separate invoices to be paid in full on or before the Friday after opening day.
When the mistake results from data entry error on behalf of the league, all mis-spellings, wrong numbers and incorrect jerseys will be replaced at expense of league. When the mistake results from production error on behalf of Ventura Creative Services, the mistake will be replaced at the expense of Ventura Creative Services.
