Definitions of Terms

  • Roster Changes

    A "roster change" occurs after the quote approval when any player or coach is moved from one team to another, dropped from a team, or when a new player or coach is added to a team.

  • Late Adds

    A "late add" is any player or coach added to any team after the initial jersey order has been placed.

  • Dropped Players

    A "dropped player" occurs when any player or coach is removed from a team, but not assigned to another.

  • Post Production

    Our post-production period extends from opening day to the following Friday, assuming the opening day falls on a weekend. We encourage leagues to get all their final late adds or roster changes in before this time.

  • Can our league use it's own spreadsheet or data entry method?

    Yes, but we recommend ours because of it's error-proofing capabilites. We strongly encourage using our proprietary document for this, but if a league insists on using their own spreadsheets (Excel docs, Google docs, etc.), we absolutely require standardized naming conventions:

    YXS—Youth Extra Small
    YS—Youth Small
    YM—Youth Medium
    YL—Youth Large
    YXL—Youth Extra Large
    AS—Adult Small
    AM—Adult Medium
    AL—Adult Large
    AXL—Adult Extra Large
    AXXL—Adult Double Extra Large

Payments & Fees

  • Will our league be charged for late adds and roster changes?

    Yes, any late add or roster change during post-production period will be billed to your league at the same rate.

  • Will our league be reimbursed for unused jerseys?

    We do not reimburse leagues for any uniform or printing expenses that result from roster changes. When possible, if the dropped player's uniform has not yet been printed, we will attempt to use their blank jersey for any applicable late adds or roster changes. Any uniforms not used because of quits or team changes are either billed or restocked and charged accordingly. The league will be charged restock fees or the cost of jerseys, whichever is lower.

  • Will our league be charged shipping fees for late adds and roster changes?

    We do not charge shipping fees for uniforms ordered during this period. Any uniforms ordered after the closing period will be subject to shipping fees. Late add charges will accrue on a separate invoice to be paid in full on or before the Friday after opening day.

  • Will our league be charged for mistakes?

    When the mistake results from data entry error on behalf of the league, all misspellings, wrong numbers and incorrect jerseys will be replaced or remade at expense of league. When the mistake results from production error on behalf of Ventura Creative Services, the mistake will be replaced or remade at the expense of Ventura Creative Services.
